Route 92 South through Manlius to Cazenovia, then east on Route 20.

From Utica
Route 12B through Clinton and Oriskany Falls, or Route 12 through Waterville, both to Route 20 west.

From Binghamton
Route 12 North, to Route 12B North then Route 20.

From Albany
Route 88 South to Route 20 West. Or take NYS Thruway.

From New York State Thruway
Take Exit 32 to Route 233 South, to Route 12B South, to Route 20 west.

Then... Just look for the signs!
